About the Author
Panseta Morgan-Smith is not only a devoted mother and grandmother but also a storyteller shaped by her roots in Lancaster District, Manchester. Growing up under the guidance of her beloved grandmother, Saleathy, Panseta absorbed the values of resilience, kindness, and strength—qualities that echo through her work today.
Her life has unfolded with twists and turns as captivating as a well-crafted novel. From 1988 to 2002, she shared a chapter of marriage with Robert Smith, welcoming two remarkable children and, later, a cherished grandson. Each chapter of her life has deepened her understanding of family, love, and the courage to keep moving forward.
In 2010, Panseta embarked on a new journey, migrating to the United States. Now residing in North Carolina, she draws inspiration from her past to create stories that speak to the human spirit’s capacity for endurance, hope, and renewal. Her life and writing are testaments to finding beauty in both the roots we come from and the horizons we pursue.
